Aall Izz Well... :)

'Aall Izz Well'...by this time, we all are pretty much familiar with this phrase...

but what exactly is 'Aall Izz Well' ...yeh 'Aall Izz Well' hota kya hai..as Baba Ranchod said, does sayin this phrase really calm us down and give us more confidence. Can one really make ones own path, be carefree and ENJOY Science in the world of today..

'Kaabil bano aur saali kaamyabi jhak maarke tere peeche aayegi (Strive for excellence and Success will surely follow you)'...strong words, hard to follow??..

One thing I am gona try and do from today...mein 'Aall Izz Well' bolu ya nahi, bina darein I will surely go ahead take some decision and follow it to the end..be it as small as doin a household chore or talkin abt something IMP to my manager...I surely dont wana regret it later...

currently things are not all Well...but now is as gud as a time as any to start wrkin towards it...

direct dil se

Whenever I have free time(or even if i dont) music has always been with me. I agree that 'listening to music' is definately the most noted hobbies in almost all the CVs. But i hope i can dig a bit deeper...

I do enjoy a lot of variety in music..from Bryan Adams, U2, Eric Clapton to Rehman, TZP, Rang de basanti and so on...

To start with a very recent song cmes to my mind;"kho na jaaye taare zameen par...- TZP. like a lot of ppl, after leaving the theater after watchin TZP i was speechless, thinking. What this song made me think was why in all our ambitions, running after god knows what, we build a lot of expectations from evryone. We dont even spare innocent little children. One set of ppl whom which we shud just "be" are the children. This lyrics of this song as you guys must ve observed is a long set of similies, all of which are so true. Best one of those i think is "Jaise Bina Matlab ka pyaara rishta ho koyi.."

Now to a very different genre of songs,"Everybody cries by The Corrs..." I love this song cos of the sheer optimism that it signifies. Especially one line in it i.e "When u r sure u've had enough of this life, hold on" helped me a lot in my tough times.

Another song, very popular among me and my friends was "Tanha Dil By Shaan". Besides the wonderful video of this song, the song has a line; "vaade kiye the apna hoga aashiyan, vaadon ka jaane hoga kya..." makes me wonder about my own future everytime I listen to it.

Wanted to mention many songs...but the list is long, really long...also my boss might just figure out what i m engrossed in since a long time...before that chow!!.. :)

Travelling to work...an experience itself

Its been over nine months that i have cme to stay in the 2nd most important IT city in the country, Hyderabad. From the outside or for a traveller, its an awesome city. Cos. like Microsoft, UBS, TCS , Cognizant and of course my own Infosys do have their offices, so maybe it is.

What i wud like to talk to u abt is the brilliant and at the sametime scary means of transport that I take to reach my office. Everyone has heard and sme have even travelled in the 6 seater autos. But for the autos here 6 is too less, how abt 18 or even 19. And yes, i was one of them..

The inside of the auto is also interesting...the songs are playin but one one cannot see a panel of the taperecorder / a radio...the PLAYbutton(if you call that) are two wires which the driver tightens to start the song and seperates them to STOP it.

Another means of transport that we use are the normal autos(3 seater), but they are all but normal. They seat 5 minumum, or else they dont start. And of course I end up sitting next to the drivers all the time as gals are not allowed there, luckily. I get quite a view sitting there , though I did hit a calf or I shud say the calf hit my leg when my auto driver forgot that the brakes in his vehicle can be used once in a while.
One time in the auto, they was no acceleration in the handle. He was pulling the actual wire with his feet..
But alls not bad in these autos. These are the first vehicles to have all tech-savvy electronic meters which have exact calculation of fares etc. Also, the autos are specially available at the office timings of the IT industry employees

There are also those lucky times when I can use the cab/company bus to commute to office... :)
